How Financing Works

We partner with Regions Bank (formerly EnerBank USA), a national FDIC-insured lender that specializes in home improvement financing. This is not a credit card, and you do not need home equity to qualify. It is a straightforward personal loan with fixed monthly payments and a fixed interest rate.

The process is simple: you can prequalify with a soft credit pull that does not affect your credit score. That lets you see what you qualify for before you commit to anything. If you like the terms, you submit a full application and typically get a same-day decision. Once approved, the funds are available for your project.

We offer three financing options, and the payment calculator below will show you exactly what your monthly payment would look like at each tier. Not sure what your roof will cost yet? Use our Pricing Calculator to get a ballpark estimate, then come back here and plug in the number.

Common Questions

Real answers to the things homeowners ask us most about financing.

Does Bob Harvey Roofing offer financing for roof replacements?

Yes. We offer financing through Regions Bank (formerly EnerBank USA), a national FDIC-insured lender. Options include a 12-month same-as-cash loan, a 5-year loan at 6.99% APR, and a 10-year loan at 8.99% APR. No home equity is required, and you can prequalify with a soft credit pull that does not affect your credit score.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, credit cards, and financing through Regions Bank. We do not charge any fees for credit card payments. Bob Harvey Roofing is family-owned since 1988, and we have always believed in straightforward, honest pricing, no hidden fees, no surprises at the end.

How does the same-as-cash option work?

The 12-month same-as-cash loan lets you finance your roof with no monthly payments and no interest for 12 months. If you pay the full balance within that 12-month window, you pay zero interest. If any balance remains after 12 months, it converts to a fixed-rate installment loan at 19.99% APR. This option is available for projects between $1,000 and $100,000.

Does prequalifying affect my credit score?

No. The prequalification process uses a soft credit pull, which does not affect your credit score. You can check whether you qualify and at what terms before committing to anything. A hard credit inquiry only happens if you decide to proceed with a full application.

Can I combine financing with an insurance claim?

Yes. Some homeowners in Davis County and Weber County use financing to cover their deductible or the portion of the project not covered by insurance. We can help you understand your options during the estimate process. Our W-2 employees are familiar with the local insurance process and can walk you through what documentation you will need.

Is there a minimum or maximum loan amount?

The same-as-cash option is available for $1,000 to $100,000. The 5-year option requires a minimum of $3,500, and the 10-year option requires a minimum of $7,500. All options have a maximum of $100,000. Most residential roof replacements in Northern Utah fall between $12,000 and $30,000, which fits comfortably within any of the three options. Use our Pricing Calculator for a ballpark before you start the application.
