Nothing. Our roof assessments are always free with no obligation. We will come out, inspect your roof, and give you an honest report with photos and our findings. If your roof is in good shape, we will tell you that too.
For most assessments, we can schedule within a few days. Emergency leaks and storm damage get priority, and we will do our best to get someone out the same day or the next morning. Our crews are local to Davis, Weber, and Morgan County, so we are never far away.
Yes. We work with all major insurance carriers and can help walk you through the claims process. We document everything with photos and detailed reports that insurance adjusters need. You can learn more in our Knowledge Center.

We work year-round in Utah. There are some temperature limits for certain shingle installations, but repairs, emergency work, and many full replacements can be done through the winter months. We will be upfront about what is safe to do and when.
