What is Duro Last roofing?

Duro-Last Roofing

Duro Last roofing is a single-ply PVC membrane system ideal for low-sloped or flat commercial roofs. It is custom fabricated for each roof, making it the most technologically developed roofing system on the market. The entire roofing system is manufactured in a factory-controlled environment, and up to eighty-five percent of the seams are completed in the factory. 


Duro Last has a North American track record of more than forty years. During this time, it was adapted to the unique regional weather conditions. It takes thirty to sixty days to produce and is fully manufactured in the United States. Because of its manufacturing process, delivery time for Duro Last roofing is less than fifty percent of other roofing types. 


Only trained and certified applicators are allowed to install Duro Last roofing and every commercial roof is inspected by a company representative.

One of the main benefits of installing a Duro Last roof is the custom fabrication. Once it is installed, the roof is water-tight with low maintenance requirements over its lifetime. Yearly maintenance is required to comply with warranty specifications. 


Installing Duro-Last roofing is energy efficient as the white color is highly reflective, up to eighty-eight percent. Solutions for rack-mounted commercial rooftop solar applications are available. Duro-Last is durable, puncture-resistant, repairable, and weldable. It is also wind, fire, and chemical resistant.

Another benefit of installing Duro-Last roofing is the extensive warranties available. One example is the 15 -year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Supreme Warranty. It is transferable, has no exclusions for ponding water, and offers coverage against consequential damages. 


There are No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranties available for up to thirty years. Hail and/or high wind NDL warranties are available for up to twenty years.
