Bob Harvey Roofing, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") is a roofing contractor serving homeowners and businesses in Northern Utah. We provide roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage restoration, commercial roofing, and waterproof decking. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you contact us, request an estimate, or schedule service, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about your roofing project. We also collect standard website analytics data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, and general location at the city or region level. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
We use the information you submit to respond to your roofing inquiry, schedule your estimate or service, send you information related to your request, and follow up on your project.
Bob Harvey Roofing operates an SMS text messaging program for customers and a separate SMS text messaging program for our own employees. Participation in either program is voluntary and is never required in order to receive service, schedule an appointment, or maintain employment.
Customers. Customers who opt in receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, follow-up messages about estimates they requested, and requests for feedback after completed service.
Employees. Employees who opt in receive work notifications about their own jobs and paperwork, including reminders about timecards, expense receipts, job forms, job site photos, and schedule changes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Full program details are available in our SMS Program Terms.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your information is stored in systems accessible only to Bob Harvey Roofing staff. We retain this information for as long as necessary to serve you and manage our business records.
